iCookAuthentic is an empowerment project of Muslimahs Making a Difference that assists women to earn an income via the following :
- Offering cooking, baking and food related classes to adults and children.
- Training of domestic workers to prepare halaal meals as well as hygiene, cleanliness, purchasing groceries and ingredients and running an efficient kitchen.
- Provide pre-cooked and cooked meals for families and patients
- Supply stores as well as the general public with food products designed by single mums
- Provide hospital patients with sandwiches and hot meals
- Training of kitchen assistants
- Picnic basket preparation and padkos for family outings.
- Catering for corporate functions
