She is passionate about supporting women and children to identify their talents and passions and use them to lead 

successful, thriving lives. She works extensively with single mothers, having facilitated the The Muslimah Support Group in 2010. Through her own experience, she has developed 

empowerment programmes to help women earn an income with dignity.

Assalaamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullaahi Wa Barakaatuh   My name is Asmaa Salloo. I started volunteering for MMAD  this year, Alhamdulillaah. My passion is to put a smile on the faces of those in need and those with chronic illnesses. I hope that I can be of assistance to humanity and attain rewards in the next life. Jazakillaah Khair to Aapa Tasnim for this opportunity. I hope to learn from the years of experience and expertise of all the mothers and sisters here.

I am a housewife and mother who cares about humanitarian initiatives. I am a compassionate volunteer & supporter for MMAD and honored to be part of the various initiatives. I enjoy giving my time in helpimg others. I am reliable, honest and an enthusiastic team worker, willing to take on various challenges within MMAD to make a Difference. We put our Trust in Almighty Allah to assist and guide us as best we can.

I am a passionate, goal-driven, energetic, and innovative facilitator with  a 3 years’ career in coding, robotics, end-user computing, online safety, STEM &4ir as well as expertise in digital marketing. 

It is my responsibility as a teacher to strive by helping grow a better future generation. I would love to make the world a better place helping others day by day. It is my goal to make a difference, motivate and unleash the potential in others.

We create our own opportunities never be afraid to try something new, education has no end, always be eager to learn its the best growth.

I am a single mother of 3 kids. I absolutely enjoy my daily job.

I am also quite passionate about helping those in need, hence my involvement with all the various NPO's across JHB. 

In 2017, I qualified as a Paramedic and Alhamdulillah added that to my list of skills offering support not just to patients at Vodacom, but also in my community. 

 I love to encourage people to find their true selves and motivate them to do their best always.

I help voluntarily at various organizations. Im a qualified beauty and makeup therapist although I don't practise anymore.

Im a wife and to date my greatest achievement my 3 amazing kids alhamdulillah.

MMAD has always been a beacon of light for women who find themselves in darkness, and I hope to contribute positively to the lives of these women through the projects of MMAD. 

I resonate with the team on multiple levels and hope to emulate the sterling work that they have achieved thus far in order to build a legacy for our youth that lives on, for many years to come.

My name is Shakerah Moolla Lasania, I am a very driven, self motivated, independent woman. A mother of 4 that sees opportunities where others see problems.

I want to make a difference and share my personal experiences and knowledge to empower others.

Helping others in any way brings exceptional contentment & joy my heart, Alhamdulilah.

What I choose to leave behind is my legacy of serving Allah's creation. That's the best legacy I can leave for my daughters.
