This is a programme that aims to shift women from a position of dependence to independence, from being disadvantaged to advantaged.
It includes a Muallimah training programme, thereafter establishing madrasahs in the localities that the women come from (mostly rural areas), supervision and training and then handing over to the local Jamiat Taalimi Board.
At the same time, the ladies are equipped with various skills in the fields of cooking, sewing, first aid, domestic training, aupairing, health and wellness, frail care, personal development and self growth, financial management, digital marketing, social media marketing etc.
This assists them with earning an income while training.
